Download the Example Vault
This is the recommended starting point for new users: download the example vault, open it in Obsidian, and see how records, themes, and tasks flow through LifeOS.
This vault uses the basic LifeOS plugin and contains Obsidian .obsidian settings.

Download the basic example vault:
After unzipping it, select the actual vault folder. It is usually named obsidian-example-lifeos-main, and it should contain the .obsidian folder.
Open It in Obsidian
After opening the vault, return to Start LifeOS in 10 Minutes and complete the first practice flow.
